Search Capabilities

The Search Feature allows you to search MDs Reference by word or phrase.   Search results are shown with a brief description and sorted according to how closely they match your request. Since the search bar is always visible at the top of the screen (and in the upper-right corner of MDsuite itself), you can always ask MDs Reference about anything that you need help with.

Direct Communication with Support

Our Get Help page allows you to send a technical support request without ever leaving MDsuite. Just click on the Get Help link in the top section of the screen, and then enter your problem.

The Tech Center also contains "under the hood" information about MDsuite and/or medical billing. You will find lists of codes here, specifications for various interfaces, installation documentation, and other topics that may be useful for billers and technicians.
