Key Features

Search Capabilities

The Search Feature allows you to search ellipedia by word or phrase.   Search results are shown with a brief description and sorted according to how closely they match your request. Since the search bar is always visible at the top of the screen (and in the upper-right corner of elligence itself), you can always ask ellipedia about anything that you need help with.

Direct Communication with Support

Our Get Help page allows you to send a technical support request without ever leaving elligence. Just click on the Get Help link in the top section of the screen, and then enter your problem.

Faster Feedback about our Documentation

Click the Send Feedback link in the top section of the screen to send your comments and suggestions directly to DSI. If there's a topic that you think is confusing or hard to understand, just let us know. We're always looking for ways to make our documentation better, and if you're using the web-based ellipedia content, then your help file always has the latest and greatest information.

Tech Center

The Tech Center menu contains Glossary Terms, as well as technical and reference information. Click on the Glossary Term for a definition. Often throughout the ellipedia, you will notice that some terms are links, followed by a . If you don't understand the meaning of a word, you can click on the link for more information.

The Tech Center also contains "under the hood" information about elligence and/or medical billing. You will find lists of codes here, specifications for various interfaces, installation documentation, and other topics that may be useful for billers and technicians.
